PAYMENT We accept: all major Credit Card (American Express / Discover / Mastercard / Visa) It is important to update your credit information when you get a new card. Any issue with payment can delay processing your order.
PROCESSING We do our best to process orders on the same day. However, we do ask for 1-3 business days to process and ship your order.
SHIPPING OPTIONS Vocal Apparel ships via UPS Monday through Friday except Holidays. Standard Shipping Charges will be apply to all orders.

NO REFUND POLICY All sales are not subject to a refund. Only Store credit will be issued. All sale items or discounted items are deemed FINAL and cannot be returned. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
RETURNS Once you receive your merchandise, please check the contents immediately. You must request a return claim within 10 BUSINESS DAYS of receipt.
To file a claim on damaged or return items, please email returns@vocalapparel.com for your return authorization (RA) Request. We only accept return request through email.
Please include your PO# in the subject line and the following:
Company Name Address Invoice Number Style Number & Color Quantity Reason for Return Picture of damaged unit(s)
Once you receive a return authorization (RA) number, Please mail the package to :

After an RA# is issued, all returns must be received within 30 days or will be refused.
We recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier such as UPS or FedEx to verify receipt of the return. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery.

RESTOCKING FEE There is a 15% restocking fee for any unauthorized or overdue returns. We do not accept incomplete pre-packs retuned to us or garments used. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to any packages that are refused by the buyer.
